Enforces clean UI/UX design when generating frontend code. Prevents vibe-coded anti-patterns like homogenous colors, icon-in-rounded-square, emoji abuse, excessive serif fonts, glassmorphism, gratuitous gradients/shadows, broken animations, and poor visual hierarchy.
