Add a webhook HTTP endpoint so external services (Home Assistant, uptime monitors, Proxmox) can push events that trigger agent turns. Avoids token-wasting cron polling. Triggers on "webhook", "add webhook", "http endpoint", "push events", "webhook endpoint".
