Bundles eight skills: Setup Company (admin runs once, ~15 min), Setup User (per-employee, ~7 min including PA activation), System Review, First Week Guide, Personal Assistant (always-on conversational logging + task extraction + contact tracking), Daily Briefing (morning + end-of-day), Vendor Pulse (weekly), Account Drift Detector (monthly). Plus 5 slash commands (/log, /tasks, /briefing, /eod, /tidy). Two-layer architecture splits company-wide context from individual user info — admin populates COMPANY/ once, every employee inherits it. v1.3 elevates the setup experience: Distributor OS introduced as an artifact, coach demo previews, data-flow framing, a 30-day post-setup journey card, and role-based coach recommendation. Builds on v1.2's always-on personal assistant capability.
