Product management as standing ownership - for a Claude that takes control of a software product and owns it end-to-end across many sessions. Built on a structured operating system: a git-versioned product workspace (vision, intent-roadmap, append-only Product Decision Records, current-state brief, falsifiable metrics) and a resume/orient/decide/dispatch/accept/checkpoint loop, governed by an explicit authority boundary that escalates anything irreversible or outward-facing to the human owner. Owns the product disciplines: discovery and opportunity assessment (JTBD, problem validation, business case), vision/strategy/positioning and intent-roadmapping, PRDs with falsifiable acceptance criteria, delivery orchestration and acceptance (decide the bet, dispatch it, verify value landed), product-value metrics and experimentation, and the product anti-pattern catalog (build trap, feature factory, vanity metrics, HiPPO capture, autonomy overreach). Orchestrates rather than reimplements: hands sequencing/flow/WSJF to axiom-program-management, implementation plans to axiom-planning, solution/architecture to axiom-solution-architect, and research method to lyra-ux-designer.
