Scaffold a runnable Vue 3 + Vite + TypeScript wireframe app using the @for-the-people-initiative/wireframe-kit design system v1.0.1+ (hand-drawn Rough.js components, monochrome). Boilerplate copied verbatim; one PascalCase.Page.vue per screen wrapped in the platform-appropriate device frame (PhoneFrame / TabletFrame / DesktopFrame / DeviceFrame), auto-discovered via import.meta.glob. Click-through wired via router.push on CTAs / tabs / back / row actions (from flow spec or conversational elicitation); Demo controls on Home for unreachable entry points; screen-picker fallback nav. Plain generic placeholder copy by default (bracketed opt-in). No Lorem Ipsum, no real images. Floating elements get background: var(--wf-surface). Mid-fi only — defers colour/typography to visual design and hi-fi to prototyping.
