Diagram user flows at the UI-task level. Per step: actor, action, input, system response, pre/postconditions, errors, transitions. Distinguishes happy path / edge cases / error paths with recovery / abandonment. All decisions have explicit branches. Instrumentation events named. Mermaid diagrams with optional PNG export.
