Per UC: primary actor + supporting actors, stakeholders & interests, preconditions, postconditions, trigger, numbered main success scenario, alternate flows indexed to steps, exception flows, special requirements, frequency, priority. Cockburn level (summary / user-goal / subfunction). UML use-case diagram. Mermaid with optional PNG export.
