Horizontal backbone of user activities (4-10), vertical sub-stories / tasks prioritized top-to-bottom, horizontal release slices with walking skeleton first then thickening releases. Reveals narrative gaps, over-detail, orphan stories, broken walking skeleton. Optional persona / platform / risk / dependency annotations. Feeds user-story-generator and planning-poker-protocol. Mermaid diagrams with optional PNG export.
