Map a person's personal values through an adaptive, energy-preserving interview combining Personal Values Card Sort, Critical Incident Technique, Laddering, and Schwartz PVQ. Calibrates language to the user (children ~8+ to adults). Produces a markdown profile with core values shortlist, narrative profile, and resumable session metadata.
