Indi Young-style mental model diagramming. Captures user thinking / doing / feeling in a problem domain, grouped into 4-10 vertical 'towers' = task spaces. Per tower: think / do / feel / guiding-principles rows with evidence or `[Assumed]`. Optional feature alignment under towers surfaces opportunity gaps (towers without features) and misalignments (features without towers). Distinct from empathy-mapping (individual) and jtbd-analysis (formal job). Mermaid diagrams with optional PNG export.
