Spec-driven development pipeline (the Boris way): scan a repo for agent-readiness, then take a change from a one-line intent to a mergeable PR through human-gated phases — requirement (EARS) → design (DDD/clean-arch) → tasks → implement → review (isolated-context adversarial).
