Folder-level OCR pipeline orchestrator wrapping macdoc — PDF→PNG split, parallel OCR with SSH-tunnel health check + auto-retry, per-page md merge, idempotent resume from interruption. Wraps the boilerplate every 'OCR a folder of PDFs' task otherwise re-derives.
