Runs a graphify knowledge graph as the mandatory first step of deep analysis — corpus from the clone, runner protocol delegated to the graphify plugin's graphify-core skill — with keyless and plain-tree-walk fallbacks. Uses native GitHub MCP + gh CLI / REST.
