Domain-neutral: it sits on top of data-platform's pipeline/warehouse/connector layer (which it routes all plumbing to) rather than duplicating it. 5 skills (health-tier-design, renewal-workflow-design — generalized from the EdTech PSM lane into vertical-neutral form), a 2-doc knowledge bank (CS-health metrics + churn-leading indicators, renewal & account lifecycle), and a code-fenced cs-health-data-model template whose identity-resolution spine points at data-platform.
