cc-teamwork-token-count

SessionStart hook that logs every Claude Code session to a JSONL file with git branch and parsed Teamwork task ID. Adds a /tw-token-count slash command that aggregates ccusage token spend per Teamwork task, with optional Teamwork MCP enrichment for task and project names.
