Bridge skill from PRD to /goal for Claude Code — auto-generates 5 Korean review docs (VALIDATION/RECOVERY/PLAN/PROGRESS/goal-command), shows a Korean review summary in chat, prepends a 4-line summary to PROGRESS.md, and after a mandatory human approval gate the assistant emits /goal on the last line of its reply so the session starts the goal on the next turn.
