Refines an existing clinical-trial Golden Set so its rules catch the real, protocol-grounded deviations they should — driven by a deviation-to-rule mapping (Extend-partial + No-match tabs). Works family-by-family editing only the Rule for LLM cell; authors new protocol-grounded rules for No-match. Protocol is the only source of truth; mandatory traceability + approval ritual before every edit.
