Converts via pandoc, classifies meetings by attendee email domain + source folder, dedupes identical content + notes/transcript pairs + Slack recaps, mines Slack for product feedback (dropping bots/internal-eng/test noise), strips Gemini auto-summaries only where a transcript exists, and builds a who's-who INDEX with provenance and probable dates.
