TTS voice assistant with personality — macOS, Gemini, cloud Voxtral, local MLX-Audio (local_tts), and oMLX providers. Optional local (oMLX) summarizer backend for the rewrite hooks, plus per-model TTS lenses (Voxtral/Orpheus/Qwen3/Kokoro). Stop summaries run on a detached announcer so slow local TTS never blocks or times out the hook.
