Consumes brand-dna voice, picks up campaign plans and social-channel commission stubs (aware, not automatic), emits media briefs to creative-media-generation, and feeds measurement-and-optimisation. Credential-free in Phase 1 — produces drafts plus manual-posting instructions; publishing and listening/engagement deferred to later gated phases.
