Four craft skills (concept brainstorm, storyboard with keyframes, creative-direction motion taste layer, Higgsfield prompt engine) plus a master orchestrator (video-factory-create-flow) walk the Frame → Concept → Storyboard → Direct → Generate → Ship pipeline. One agent (video-factory-agent) routes the pipeline and enforces the keyframe-first, image-to-video discipline and direction-gates-generation credit rule.
