Wire Claude Cowork to a local Obsidian vault as long-term memory. Three skills: /onboard-second-brain (8-phase install with vault-path safety check + hot.md scaffold + Filesystem MCP wiring by default), /open-vault (daily session starter that reads the hot cache and surfaces new raw-note nudges), /second-brain (5 ops: build, update, health-check, fold-back, refresh-hot). Auto-detects existing vaults; three modes (external / overlay / scaffold). Multi-vault aware. Inspired by Karpathy's LLM Wiki (Apr 2026). Built by Nuno Tavares of Automated Marketer.
