AI-driven SDLC pipeline on GitHub — Issues + sub-issues + Projects (v2) across a service/web/mobile monorepo. Stack-agnostic via pluggable packs (packs/registry.json — SERVICE: .NET 8 + Go; WEB: React 19 + Turbo; MOBILE: Expo; add Java/Rust/Angular/Svelte/Vue/Flutter without editing agents). Four workflows: discovery (idea → Epic/Feature/Story/Task tree with hierarchical numbering 'E1' / 'F1.1' / 'S1.1.1' + Markdown bodies + sub-issue links + Blocked-by/Blocks deps), backlog (refine a Story with dependency management), dev (10-phase build with 3 gates + 3 holistic reviews + Phase 8 architecture/rules reconciliation, single-branch model off develop with native issue auto-close, gh PRs), pr-review (post-PR comments via gh). 4 agents, 8 hooks (5 data-policy incl. attribution-guard + 3 stack quality-check), 32 skills. Uses the gh CLI (no MCP server). Works with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
