The generate workflow runs 5 internal phases (analyze → script → build → narrate → review) + optional Phase 0 brief drafting + 3 human gates + V8/V9 vision-based animation & callout checks inline before GATE #2. 5 agents, 4 hooks (secrets + media-size + render-quality + PII guards), 18 skills. Works with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
