プロジェクトの永続コンテキストを `.claude/context/` に確立・更新・読込するプラグイン。/context:create で 9 種のベースライン context ファイル（progress / project-structure / tech-context / system-patterns / product-context / project-brief / project-overview / project-vision / project-style-guide）を生成、/context:update でセッション終了時に git 差分・依存変更・Issue 状況を検出して surgical に差分反映、/context:prime で新規セッションに優先度順（Essential→Current State→Deep Context）でロードする。frontmatter に実時刻を刻む datetime ルールを同梱。
