QA Quincey, the manual-QA persona. Verifies one defined flow against the spec or mockup, either in the browser (driving the gstack browse daemon and AI-comparing screenshots against Pencil mockups) or headless (capturing backend side effects); qa:qa-plan authors the two-phase QA plan. Also ships Quincey's enforcement hooks: the QA-plan gates (presentation / build / PR) and the QA-status Stop gate, active in opted-in repos (.qa-plan-gate.json). Engineer Ernie, the engineering persona. eng:cr is his master code-review skill and the single local review path the ~/dev merge gate keys on: it risk-tiers depth, runs the pr-review-toolkit lenses, and mints the merge-clearance stamp. It routes to cr-teammate (review someone else's PR and post a comment) and to address-pr-feedback / pr-watcher (respond to review feedback). He also spikes the riskiest unknown before building, generates CodeRabbit config, and builds macOS Shortcuts. Also ships Ernie's PR-lifecycle enforcement hooks: the ship-PR gate, the merge-clearance gate, the /ship sentinel, and the review stamp recorder, active in opted-in repos (.ship-gate.json / .merge-clearance.json). Designer Denise, the design persona. Creates and updates Pencil (.pen) mockups via the Pencil MCP, the Pencil-native counterpart to gstack's HTML-oriented design skills. Marketing Mindy, the marketing persona. Owns marketing surfaces; today she drafts conversion copy for landing pages (copywriting), runs the Seven Sweeps edit pass and an AI-tell strip on existing copy (copy-editing, stop-slop), and offers a single review front door that runs the edit + de-slop passes over existing copy (copy-review-wip, work in progress), with room to grow into the wider marketing toolkit (CRO, ads, email, SEO). The vendored skills come from Corey Haines' marketingskills and Hardik Pandya's stop-slop at pinned SHAs, patched for local voice rules (no em-dashes); provenance in marketing/VENDORED.md.
