Lakebase app dev kit: git-Lakebase branch-pairing, schema diff, PR flow, and the SFTDD (Spec-First Test-Driven Development) state-machine workflow. Run /lakebase-app-dev-kit:sftdd to launch the SFTDD workflow (resumes in a scaffolded project, guides creation elsewhere). The orchestrator is a deterministic driver (lakebase-sftdd-drive) that spawns the role agents (product-owner, spec-author, architect-reviewer, test-strategist, ux-designer, navigator, driver, release-engineer).
