Keep Claude Code's 5-minute prompt cache warm across idle pauses. Uses a Stop hook to inject cheap keepalive turns before the TTL expires — cache reads cost ~12.5x less than cache writes, so this saves real money on API-billed sessions. API billing only; disable on Pro/Max.
