Rank a repo's active contributors by their current capacity to review a new PR. Defaults to the current branch's PR (falls back to a repo overview). Scores reviewers as min(load, fitness) so an unknown-but-idle reviewer doesn't get recommended just for being free. Uses server-side commit-author resolution so it works in private org repos with corporate emails. Caches under ~/.cache/find-reviewer/.
