Cowork-installable port of Sting25/claude-code-handoff. Single-plugin marketplace. Upstream snapshot/skill logic by Christopher Chadwick (MIT); this repo packages it for the Cowork app and replaces jq/flock with portable equivalents.

Sandboxes tool output, indexes content into a local FTS5 knowledge base, and tracks session state to reduce context consumption by 30–60% in typical sessions, more in research-heavy ones.

Auto-snapshot session state on exit; auto-load on next session start; /handoff for manual invocation at clean boundaries. Solves 'next session starts blind' after the context window fills.
